I received the puzzle ring I sent it back. I know I asked for a size 8.5. I received a size 4. I have fat fingers and that's the most important detail in ordering a ring so why would I ask for a size 4. I sent the ring back and have not received it back nor and email or a response back. I try to contact the puzzlering.com by phone or email and it is impossible. I would like a size 8.5 or my money back please.
